Because being a kid isn’t something you grow out of!
Welcome to the Inner Child Club! An ever-growing childhood photo exhibit celebrating the young, curious, weird, brave, shy, loud, imaginative, dramatic, joyful, messy, magical, and totally pure inner child in us all!
We’re asking people of all ages to submit two photos:
photo of you as a young child — ideally one that captures your inner child spirit.
photo of you now — the grown-up version with that same little kid inside.
Together, these photos will become part of a massive online gallery here on The Art Thing website and shared in community galleries across the Mohawk Valley.
Make sure you follow The Art Thing on the socials to watch as new members get inducted into The Inner Child Club.
Let’s turn the Mohawk Valley into one big community class photo of the human spirit and show the world that the kids we once were are still here and very much alive in all of us.
